Everything seemed perfect for us. We were gathering together because we hadn't seen each other in a long time. We appreciated the breakfast. That was an excellent breakfast. The lady who prepares breakfast does a fascinating job. Thank you.

A lot of rodeo traffic staying, kind of loud. Otherwise great hotel definitely the nicest one in Alva.

Pleasant pit stop
Wry nice clean and friendly place. Michele was very helpful and pleasant very updated and breakfast was a nice hot bonus. Also a Walmart next door which came in handy since we’re in a road trip.

Great Affordable Place to Stay
We had a great stay here and on numerous occasions with family events we have stayed here multiple times. Always, friendly and polite staff. Always accommodating as well. Great breakfast and amenities! It is very affordable.

On this stay, we were VERY disappointed. We booked through Expedia to stay while we moved our daughter into her dorm at NWOSU. We got in rather late the first night, no one took a bath or shower. However, the 2nd night, we discovered that the bathtub was broken and there was no hot water! We also found fleas in our room which was surprising. We were under the impression this was a "no-pet" property. The hotel offered a refund (admirable) for one night, but since we booked through Expedia, they couldn't do anything!

Very nice people and staff would consider staying there again Love the pool and hot tub very good breakfast in the morning The rooms are to be desired had to change rooms about three or four times because of the smell other than that very nice place to stay

Staff was very friendly and room was clean! Nice Breakfast as well. Minor things that I didnt like were there is no channe guidel for the Tv. A little delay when changing channels.as well. Had to sign in multiple times for internet. Overall, very happy with stay and will stay there again. Plus make it to the pool next time.

This Comfort Inn was very clean, and the people working there were very friendly and helpful! Loved waking up and being able to get coffee and breakfast in the morning. Thanks for a great stay!
