We did not have any hot water, the towels were old and frayed, the sheets were threadbare, the curtains had holes, the doors were falling apart. There was 1 spoon and 1 coffee cup for 4 of us. We had to have the room fumigated for 100's of mosquitoes, and we found 2 cockroaches. We asked for a refund but we were already checked in and they said no. We would have...

The sofa bed was in terrible condition. Not comfortable at all and it was very old. The sheets and blankets to use for the sofa bed were dirty and dusty.
