"Hotel alles wie im Internet beschrieben. Bei der Ankunft wusste niemand von unserer Reservierung obwohl wir 2 schriftliche Bestätigungen hatten. Nach ca 20 min kam die Chefin, die zuerst auch etwas ratlos wirkte…..wir bekamen dann unser Zimmer wie gebucht. Es war sehr schön und sehr ruhig. Wir konnten unser Abendessen auf der Terrasse einnehmen mit einem tollen Blick über das ganze Tal. Ein sehr kurzweiliger Service hat uns die anfänglichen Probleme schnell vergessen lassen. "This was a perfect hotel for a one- night stay. We were able to stow our luggage before check in and after check out before we left Colmar. Our room was large and overlooked the street, which I loved. There are a few different sitting areas / a terrace that was a lovely wind down spot before retiring all staff we met were very friendly"
