"Great location near trains and downtown. Nice, large and very clean room. Modern inside. Full king bed plus twin. Only one minor thing was the hot water pot didn't work. We didn't try it until the morning we left. Oh well. Desk clerk was helpful and very friendly."

Ein ganz besonderes Lob geht an die Dame an der Rezeption. Sie war unglaublich lieb, herzlich und freundlich und hat direkt für eine angenehme Atmosphäre gesorgt."
"Quand nous sommes arrivés le soir, super service de la part des 2 employés. Le lendemain, nous sommes allés voir une employée car nous n’avions pas fait climatisée dans la chambre. Elle a dit qu’elle enverrait un technicien mais nous n’avons pas plus d’air climatisée pour les deux nuits suivantes alors un peu désagréable. Le pommeau de douche était brisé et il restait seulement à 3-4 pieds de hauteur donc difficile de se laver …"
