"Excellent stay. The hotel is only about a year old, so everything felt fresh, modern, and very well maintained. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the entire property had a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others."

"“Daily” housekeeping isn’t daily. We had to call to request our room to be cleaned on day 3. They would start at one end of the hallway in the morning and still didn’t get to our room til their shift ended. Had to request basic necessities like toilet paper multiple times. Front desk didn’t have any toilet paper when I asked, they said they would send someone up with some. Laundry was out of soap in the dispenser. Room was gross with stains on carpet and lamp shades. Elevators constantly not working. Valet parking is only option and outrageously priced for not even covered parking. This “resort” was worse than some budget hotels. Not worth the price at all."

"1. Sink and mirror area….. really how cramped could you have made that. Hey here’s an idea move the opening at the closet and make the other areas the closet. 2. Mold in bathroom and FAN IN BATHROOM DOESNT WORK. 3. 2nd floor doors not too safe.. but that Notice on the wall protects liability. Hahaha 4. Shower Floor slick as heck. You must place a towel down not to slip and get hurt. 5. That refrigerator in # 252 nope don’t work never got to 50 degrees. I used a cool pet. Nice ice is on all floors! 6. Stick a sign up that says almost a 1/4 mile walk to the beach. You know it’s a 1/2 mile round trip. In the darkness that is deceiving. 7. Bedroom floors are dirty from the moment you arrive. Bring Lysol wipes and do it yourself. Faster."

"In a noisy, chaotic spot, do not expect relaxation. This is not really much the fault of the hotel but we did have the misfortune of being located next to a parking garage where there was a couple impromptu car meets (fml). Room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed using the gym and the hotel breakfast was decent and an ok value compared to the other restaurants nearby. The parking, unless valeted, is not convenient at all and kinda dirty. Super expensive too. Location is pretty decent to the beach but I’m not sure how great of a hotel it is for a hardcore beach goers."

"We came in from Texas to attend our nieces destination wedding next door at Shephard's resort so this hotel was perfect within our budget, within walking distance (literally), and liked that we got to enjoy the live music from the resort as well. Diana, Princesa, housekeeping, and the manager Debbie were very kind, accommodating, and helpful. They showed wonderful hospitality. The showers outside after the beach, the heated pool and hot tub were great well maintained. I really like they have several security cameras as we did have an encounter with another guest regarding parking. The hotel may need few repairs which is expected as it's older such as, there were a few cracks in ceiling of the room i.e. and had a bit of a musty smell upon entering the room initially, which may just be the ac unit producing it, however it cooled perfectly and smell went away when we set temperature at 69 and under which was comfortable. The online photos show a telephone in the room and alarm, but when I asked I was told telephones are being eliminated and the alarm worked, but made a loud noise (may be that's why it was unplugged). I asked for one to have as extra alarm and was told it would be replaced by maintenance/someone else when we had housekeeping service, but it didn't. It's okay though no negative impact. I would definitely come back and stay here!"
