"The staff was polite and professional; the hotel was clean and appeared well maintained, and the outside surrounding area was respectable. My only issue with my stay was that when you turned the AC unit to high, it made a loud squeak, so we had to keep it on low."

"Love Doubletree. Great staff. This stay was 100% how I expected it to be. My first stay here back in the spring was a bit of a nightmare with a late check in due to work and my room given to someone else. It was chaos - but it was handled. This last trip was perfect. Amenities clean, beds clean and comfortable, and great shower and bathroom. The hotel is a little bit away from KSU but it’s still a great location and not over crowded by downtown traffic. Oh & cookies are always good as well."

"Amazing placement for convenience and functions. Loud at night, but expected for location. Super clean & comfortable beds. Beautiful but not overly fancy, still unique for the age. Cost is much steeper than other hotels - but again location is key. Parking is not free, but onsite parking available. Overall great stay."
