"Staff were brilliant - very welcoming and engaging. The rooftop bar was the perfect place to spend a few hours, enjoy the view and indulge in the fantastic food on offer. Only spent one night, but would definitely be back."

"The hotel was perfect and appreciate the upgrade. Wish I had booked 2 nights. Had brunch at the lobby bar but they never placed my order. Finally one attendant sorted it all out when he found out, and in the end didn’t charge me for the meal. Kind of a downer because there’s a lot of spots that people can dine at so more attention needed for training here and having staff that care because your houseguests give you priority over the neighboring eateries. "Charming and comfortable rooms"

"Hotel is very convenient to the bars and clubs of the Valley Mall. Room was spacious with comfortable bed. Shower was excellent. Pool area with sun lounges on rooftop was a nice place to swim and sunbathe. Parking on site at $30 was reasonable. Would definitely stay here again. "

"We spent a night at The Kingsford prior to embarking on a cruise in October 2025. It was fantastic. The room is very small but exceptionally clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. We had a room on the 3rd Floor and could see the highway from our window but we didn't hear the traffic at all. There's a mini-bar and tea/coffee making facilities. The bed was amazingly comfortable. "Staff were so helpful when we requested an earlier check in to get ready for a function. Front desk staff could not have been nicer. Pool is the highlight at night, although certain lifts mean you have to walk through the crowded restaurant and bar in your togs .. so wear a duster or similar. Room was super clean and we loved that they didn't use disposable toiletries. "
