"綺麗なホテルです。地下鉄の駅からは距離があるので重いスーツケースを引きずる場合は注意が必要です。 一階のカフェの食事は素晴らしいです。近くに素敵なカフェやレストランも多いので、朝昼夕食に困ることはありません。 部屋のアメニティに使い捨てのスリッパが用意されているのはアジアやハイクラスのホテル以外ではあまり見られないサービスだと感じます。 アメニティについてはその他はシャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープがありますが、スキンケアやシェーバー、歯ブラシまでは置いていませんので、普通のヨーロッパのホテルを想定して準備するのが良いと思います。 唯一気になるのはシャワーの水量でした。 天吊のシャワーは十分でしたが、手持ちのシャワーヘッドからは十分な水量が得られませんでした。 全体としてデザインのクオリティが高く良いホテルではありますが、ロケーションの利便性や値段から考えると余裕のある旅をされる方におすすめのホテルと言えると思います。"

"Our room was perfect for a cozy week stay in London. Service was great and the staff was very knowledgeable about local activities. Special shout out to PRINCE and Sandeep for singing to my new Fiancé in celebration of our engagement! We will definitely be staying here and dining again on our next trip to London! "We stayed overnight as a couple for 1 night to celebrate my birthday, the give us two cocktails, a chippy snack and a little card for my birthday (very nice touch). Rooms were very clean, the rooftop bar is lovely for drinks, we didn’t eat there. The only thing we didn’t like or understand was that there seem to be so many people downstairs who were on their laptops clearly working (on MS Teams calls etc) it almost felt like you were sat WeWork offices, this was consistent throughout our stay....

"Well located for tube and bus, and easy access to Tower Bridge etc. the hotel is comfortable, quiet and staffed by lovely people. The rooms are comfy, and well specified and the breakfast is excellent. Was a lovely stay."

"Check in was quick as I completed pre-check in online. The property is on a quite street in the city mile. I had a junior suite which was a great choice, spacious and big bathroom with separate shower, toilet and bath, plus walk in wardrobe. Japanese toilet is a nice touch. The room I had was set away from others so it was private and quiet. The bed is really comfy. As with the entire property, it is tastefully decorated throughout.
