"We stayed for 3 nights and reserved 2 rooms. First day of arrival, the only elevator was not working and we had to use the stairs until they finally fixed it on our last day of stay. The rooms were spacious and clean however the towels are worn out. Also, there is no air conditioning in the common areas, and can get hot walking up and down the stairs. There is only one restaurant in the hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall, it was a decent hotel for the duration of our stay. "

Our clothes were always damp and we could see a thick layer of moisture on the floor. That maybe because we were right next to the pool and Busuanga is surrounded by water. Our kids enjoyed the pool very much.The complimentary breakfast was really good.The staff are amazing and very helpful. I left a tip for housekeeper on the bed and she didn’t take it and I asked her why, she said they don’t take the tip unless the guest clearly indicates it that’s for them( talk about honest staff) . It was about 20 mins away from the main city center though so if you wanted to go around for shopping and eating out- you would need to use their private shuttle which is about P650 each way.
