Hotel is located on hill area, view is very good from terrace area. Room is clean. Room has no iron box. Basic amenities with simple hot pot. Dog barking outside, we could hear the noise from bathroom window. Breakfast is ok, there are not many other choices outside the hotel near by or near station area.

The LVB house was very nice with clean rooms and a wonderful breakfast. They were a little fussy about us getting there before three but that is ok. We just wanted to change before our cruise at 3:30 so they offered us a washroom.

The staff at this property were outstanding. It was raining when we were there, but in good weather, the outside patios would have been lovely. It's a bit of a walk into town, but we were a group of four seniors and we managed fine. We took a cab back up to the property. After a long day of travelling, we loved the quietness that this property provided.

Perfect small peaceful hotel.

This is a superb small hotel that feels well above its 3 star rating. Well appointed rooms each with a balcony giving a wonderful view over Pinhao. While a little uphill walk out of town it is worth it for the peace and tranquility. Our every need was catered to in LBV House

Super friendly staff and very clean rooms. A bit of a walk if you want to go down to the centre of the village - but doable. Definitely worth it. Highly recommend it. Simple but good breakfast.

We were very well received. The man at the reception was very helpful with his recommendations about restaurants and Quintas. We walked there from the train station and it is a good hike if you carry a heavy suitcase. We sadly couldn't stay for breakfast because we had an early train to catch but they hotel was an excellent value overall.
