"Arriving in LA on a very-much delayed flight put me down in LA at 1AM. The hotel is great, but the shuttle service at 1AM-2AM is very disappointing - despite me having called the hotel in advance to get the telephone/SMS numbers to ask for the shuttle service. Yes, I called. And then .... "No, it's not enough if you advertise about 20 minutes service 24/7." I ended up walking to the hotel. I had reserved it exactly because of the proximity."

"Loved how close to universal this is. They have a van but we just walked. Staff was super kind and helpful for a late checkout. Loved the pool just didn’t have as many lawn chairs to lay out. We came when it was super busy but the staff was super helpful. I’ll come again!"
