"I would say this is a 4 star hotel at best. We definitely expected more from this hotel. The issues in isolation aren’t too bad, but combined, it has left us disappointed: * brought to our room 20 minutes after check in because it wasn’t ready. * The shower was clogged. "Staff for very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and very spacious. Breakfast has a lot of options but their warm food were often a bit cold. Outdoor pool were very nice. I like that there is an adult pool and kids pool the restaurants inside the hotel where a bit too expensive but the buffet dinner was also good with good value of money. The beach was very nice but mind you the sunbeds were very expensive."

"Was an excellent stay. Both my pregnant wife and I felt very welcome. I had a treat for my birthday and a treat for my baby, the room was always spotless and breakfast, although busy and with some of the staff showing a bit of inexperience, was always great and the buffet was fresh and replenished constantly. Parking was the only thing i can really complain about as there wasn’t always parking nearby (with a pregnant wife i wish this wasn’t the case). Wish i booked a few extra days as 7 days...
