Staff, Laura, Maria and Luiz were helpfull, caring and made us feel at home. Alfama is a historical neighborhood, worth visiting, with many restaurants and nice views. "

"My daughter, sister and 2 nieces stayed at the Lisboans for 3 nights. The location is wonderful and staff very helpful. Even left my daughter a bag of chocolates on her birthday which she noted when we arrived. Staff super friendly and helpful with airport transfers etc. The best part of the experience was fresh bread, juice and pastries on our door every morning. Lots of windows, brihgt & airy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!"

"Lovely small boutique hotel next to the castle. Staff were very attentive. The courtyard was beautiful for breakfast and late afternoon drinks. We loved the sweets at breakfast. Note that cars are not allowed in this area of the Alfama, which makes it great for walking around, but more complicated for taxis or Ubers. The hotel staff were very accommodating with finding transport for us. "

"A true gem in Alfama. The manager and all the staff are funny, intelligent, cultured and above all committed to your comfort and enjoyment. The breakfast was exceptional. The cocktails were wonderful served in an atmosphere that was both comfortable and sophisticated. The mixologist was very knowledgeable without taking himself too seriously. The live music (on Thursdays and Fridays) is excellent. Our suite (402) has extraordinary views. It was a but of a splurge (the only room available) but it was well worth it. I woukd not have wanted to miss this hotel. "
