They gave us 1 hour late checkout because the room took an hour longer to get it ready (we also did book super late to be fair). My only feedback they should be more flexible with later checkout (we came at 9pm and checked out 1 pm) and paid much higher rate on the rooms because of a last minute booking. However they...
