Hotel Dekat St James's Church

"The room was great. Very clean, comfortable bed and in a great location very near the station."

"the hotel doesn't have stair case, but the front desk staff, she is kind enough to help with our luggage to the 6th floor although the room is small, but it is so comfy with basic amneties. the shower room/toilet is super clean, and the water pressure is good it worth its price"

"1. No toiletries upon check in. You need to wait for slippers and toiletries. 2. Room needs refurbishment. Broken chair, old furniture, toilet got molds at the corner and sink basin also not properly cleaned. 3. Staff at the cafe made fuss when I wanted to leave and come back during breakfast buffet time. I was told ‘You cannot eat twice’. Very shocking indeed."

"The staff in this hotel were so helpful and friendly. The guys on reception and the breakfast staff were all so cheerful and chatty. Breakfast was really good too. A great stay."

"Room was spotless but biggest asset was the reception staff. We met three and all were exceptionally polite and helpful. "

"Incredible stay! The property is conveniently located and very clean!"
