"Was surprised to discover that we had a huge suite! It was inside so we could use their elevator to move our luggage. Had to leave before breakfast was served. Was happy to see hot air balloons in the distance as we loaded up the truck. Nothing says New Mexico like hot air balloons."

"WHAT A DUMP!! Where to start? Cockroaches! Beds that were like sleeping on a beanbag chair! 2 people yet only ONE towel/washcloth! No shower curtain! No wastebasket so has to throw trash on the floor! Curtain broken! Sketchy people working on cars in the parking lot. There were lots of hotels all ..."

"The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable. We only used the ice machine in the breakfast room, but the food options looked decent. It was very fun to stay at one of the original Route 66 hotels!"
