"The key card reset in me 3 times. I had to walk around 3 times to go have key reset. No soap in the room but conditioner only. Water inconsistent in the bathroom. The hotel pretty busy and most of time had to wait more than 15 mins to get help. Room was ok nothing special. Road noise is really bad. ..."

"Was surprised to discover that we had a huge suite! It was inside so we could use their elevator to move our luggage. Had to leave before breakfast was served. Was happy to see hot air balloons in the distance as we loaded up the truck. Nothing says New Mexico like hot air balloons."
