"No parking during an Alberta winter. Multiple guests including us without parking and front desk said nothing they could do. Pillows very lumpy. "

"The room was clean, however the key cards are very finicky, sometimes it won’t work. Also, we we’re really looking forward for the waterpark but their hours is not reasonable. They closed at 9pm so if you’re still roaming around the town you won’t be able to go to the pool at night and in the next day they open super late like 2:30pm. We just hope that we we’re able to do the waterpark before checking out."
