"Unfortunately we had a few issues. Fridge didn’t work. Room card didn’t work. Aircon didn’t work. Bath wouldn’t drain. Mixup with evening meal being paid in advance. All were fixed promptly after speaking to the desk but shouldn’t happen in a 4 star hotel. Hotel was well situated to get into Venice with the train station right behind the hotel. Train ride is 15-20 mins."
