"It was easy to check-in into the place as communication with the owner was quick. Even when I realised the hair dryer was taken, they were quick to replace the next day. The location is close to the landmarks in Tirana so we could easily walk to and from our place, whilst so many dining options and shops around. The ac was quite good and the room was clean before we got there. Minor improvement would be having extra mirrors particular for our room as we had a few girls doing makeup."

"The "hotel" is more like an apartment and hard to access unless you're driving, especially if you have mobility issues. Upon arrival, the receptionist informed me that my ground-floor apartment booking was changed without notice to an“upgrade” that was nothing of the sort.The receptionist also made a rude comment about whether I was American or something to that effect.
