"We loved our stay at Hotel Laxnes. The staff were friendly and welcoming! There was space in the fridge for groceries, which was a plus since we stocked up for our trip to the South the next day. The room was clean and comfortable, and we had a good rest—ready for our Iceland adventure. I truly recommend this hotel."

"This place is adorable - clean, quaint, the staff is kind and helpful. It is the first time we have stayed at a place with shared bathrooms and we were not sure what that would be like, we envisioned something similar to a college dorm. Not at all! Each floor has its own bathroom and kitchen, it feels very home- like. The location is excellent for walking into town. Highly recommend!"

"Storm hotel is walking distance to restaurants and shopping area. Across the street is Foss Hotel which has a nice beer garden with selections of beers and yummy cocktails. My only complaints is the parking lot— it’s small. There’s an overflow parking space but you’ll need to move your car before 8AM or else you’ll get charge. Overall, the hotel is nice and in great location. "

"O hotel correspondeu às expectativas. Zona de refeições é útil por ter um micro-ondas e máquina de café. O pequeno-almoço é simples, mas suficiente. A localização a cerca de 25 minutos a pé do centro também é razoável. Tem espaço para estacionar. Os quartos são acolhedores. Só faltou receber as instruções de check-in antes de chegar. Mas liguei para o número que estava na entrada e deram-me o código de acesso e número do quarto."

"Great location - close to downtown Reykjavik and lots of restaurants as well as close to grocery stores. We enjoyed the unit we had with the full kitchen and living room. Nice and spacious for our 2 night stay. Loved the cat who visited!! We walked to the Pond and other areas. Parking was on the street in front. They need to make where the check in area is more visible. Some people thought our apartment was check in! Great staff as we had a burnt out bulb - very quick in responding. Easy...

"Very nice and clean apartment. Towels and linen provided - kitchen equipped with hot plate, fridge, kettle and coffee maker. Very quiet on our floor - and very little noise from the street. We appreciated easy access to the laundry room. Limited parking in front of the building, so often need to park in the nearby streets."
