"Great if exploring Iceland in a car. Otherwise 40 min walk to the city centre of Reykjavik. Virtual check in and check out with a helpline if needed. Clean and spacious room. Shower doesn’t smell great but believe this is common in Iceland. "

"Room was clean, staff was great! The hotel is in a great location. It is also true that the beds were older and not very comfortable, the shower is very small and an experience in itself and there isn’t much sound proofing so you hear other people’s doors closing and moving around which can be challenging if you are a light sleeper and managing jet leg from travelling internationally. All in all it is a good hotel. The buffet was pretty good and expensive but everything is expensive in Iceland. "
