"The room was clean, all the amenities you would expect in a room. Barbara at the front desk was just a joy to check in with and very helpful. We were told coffee was available 24 hours. However, at 3:30am hoping to get some coffee before packing for our 5 AM shuttle. There was no coffee and was told that the coffee replacement person doesn’t come in until 5 AM. Happy there was Starbucks cold brew in that little market. Crisis averted. I do have to mention the shuttle driver. I’ve never been so...

"Quarto amplo e bem equipado, mas o sistema de ar condicionado não funciona bem durante toda a estadia, mesmo fazendo mais de uma reclamação na recepção não resolveram. Também pedi por duas vezes a reposição do sabonete líquido o que não foi feito. Café da manhã não é bom, melhor comer fora. Piscina excelente e atendimento dos funcionários também."

"The hotel was nice and the room was clean. Only concern the pool. There was only 1 chaise lounge chair by the pool and lots of sit up chairs. Not tables or Umbrella for shade. There was a frame where a shade space was but there was no top on it for shade from the hot sun. "

"The room smelled musty despite some industrial strength air freshener. My cloths reeked of the air freshener until I got home and washed them. The whole place needs a good airing out. Breakfast was awful."

"Great hotel for the price. The main lobby has a funky smell, like a wet dog. The breakfast is good. The room could use some updates and fixing. Grout and silicon caulking needed. The housekeeping is amazing and get it all made up and refilled everyday."

"This hotel was amazing! We were there to visit a couple parks, including epic. Because it is right next-door to epic you can literally walk across the street and get an early access. Wonderful environment and will definitely go back in the future!"

"They failed to honor the $10 voucher coupon. For being a platinum member. They had no idea or were completely unaware of it which I’m not understanding why other than that the hotel was pretty great stay."
