"I did not notice anything that bothered me, and the place is not very far from Al-Masjid an-Nabawi. I only went there to sleep and spent most of my time in the mosque, which suited me well. "Our stay at Rewaq Residence was excellent. The apartment was super clean, well maintained, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. "The place was nice overall, but the iron and washing machine feel very outdated—like 1980s technology (we had the same ones when I was a kid!). There are modern top-loading washing machines available now that are much better, more user-friendly for guests, and actually cheaper than the current one. A steam iron would also be a great upgrade. Need taxi to get,nothing close."

"Good stay affected by the worst and laziest housekeeping I've ever experienced. Rooms were never cleaned before 4 pm despite several reminder calls a day. I stayed for 6 days and they only changed the sheets on day 5, only because I asked them to. To top it off, I told the room cleaner that I would leave a tip on my final morning. That was the only time in 6 days he bothered to show up in the morning. Shame on Pullman for hiring such lazy employees. Not staying here again. "
