"Booked a private room with shared bathroom at the hostel. I arrived very late but had received the self check in instructions via email. "Great apartment! Centrally located on the main drag in Akuryeri and right next to this fabulous cafe called Berlin! The flat itself was spacious yet cozy, and after traveling for a few days it was a nice place to relax and watch movies while it snowed outside. The beds and linens were very comfortable, and there was off-street parking in a private lot. Would definitely book again! Wish we stayed longer than 1 night!"

"We were disappointed, arrived in late evening and were supposed to stay 2 days but we immediately booked another hotel (K16 apartments) for the following night, which for a little more money gave us a much better experience. The issues we encountered: no free parking close by, 2 flights of stairs to carry our suitcases up to the apt, very small studio with sofa bed which occupies a lot of space when opened, plus an heavy glass and metal coffee table which further reduces space, no bath towels...

"A very modern and clean hotel. All sites of interest to us were in easy walking distance of the hotel. Many open spaces and brilliant views of the fjord from the bedroom window.
