"The location is great, but parking is $69 per night. The biggest issue was the constant cigarette smoke coming from all directions. We could not use the balcony or leave the door open without smoke entering the room. I reported it to the staff multiple times, and each time I was told security would arrive shortly, but no one ever came. As a result, the issue was never resolved during our stay with kids."

"The room was very clean. The staff were welcoming and helpful. They give guests free water bottle vouchers to use, which is nice when you want to use it for the beach and etc. There was an ABC store right across and a few food places, which was convenient. Only thing was that the beds were pretty low to the ground so we weren't expecting that."

"Location was amazing, across the street from Waikiki beach. We had a partial ocean view which faced west so the views from the room, especially in the evening, were great. I can't speak for the Seascape tower as we were placed in the Beachside tower but I wouldn't stay on that side of the resort again if I had a choice. The room we stayed in was dated yet partially renovated. Some newer fixtures and furnishings however the hinges on all of the doors were rusted, shower fixtures had really bad limescale buildup, and the wallpaper seemed like it was lifting at the seams. A little disappointing for the price point but it has an ABC store connected to it so you don't have to leave the building for last minute needs, which was really convenient. Housekeeping staff was super friendly and accommodating. 3.5/5"

"I loved our suite on 30th floor. Very spacious. Amazing view of the harbor. Very secure with a 6 digit passcode on the door to the room. Ubers brought us to and from the front curb. I would definitely stay here again. My only concern… the entrance to the hotel is on street level but I didn’t see a single sign that said “The Aston Hotel”. I thought that was very poor communication by the hotel. The normal entrance was down the escalator to the downstairs lobby. Even at the top of the escalator, no Aston sign. We had luggage and finally discovered the elevator which just said “Hotel” and you had to press the intercom to get the elevator to open. Once we got checked in, we understood the location entrance. I’m sure the reason for making it difficult was to dissuade all the homeless street people on the street level."
