The bed was harder than I like, and the pillows were bigger and harder than I like. I ended up using a camping pillow I brought and slept great. We had a small room with a private bath that was perfect for a night."

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that wants a luxurious resort feel with exceptional staff. The only downside to our experience was that we paid for the delux river bungalow but there was no view of the river from our room at all. If I would have known that, I would have been fine with the garden bungalows because it was the same view. Other than that, we truly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely do it again!"

Other than that, once you hike the volcano and check out the waterfall, there isn’t much else to do in the town so the resort is the most exciting thing to do and will be a highlight of your trip. Let them take you on a sightseeing tour and they’ll spot animals for you that you wouldn’t otherwise see. Horseback riding, coffee tours, etc. truly impeccable place. if they improved the food quality, this place would be a 100/100"
