"The hotel is set in a lovely position over looking the sea, but the โback end of townโ feel at the front of the hotel is slightly disappointing. Most things in the town are in easy reach to walk, the hotel has an excellent pool and indoor pool/spa area, the food is very good. Shame there is no music in the evenings. Overall a place we would return to."

"We enjoyed our stay at the olive. Staff was nice and kind, welcome greetings when passing in the hall. The check-in is all done remotely, so there is no front desk or front of house staff member. Patricia was helpful with our check in. The pool was nice after a long day of being out. The location is in the town of Villa Franco, a short drive to major attractions or bigger city centres. Parking is street parking. Breakfast is self serve style with local cheeses, jams, fruits, breads, and pastries. They do eggs (one order at a time). The hotel was nicely maintained and staff was on it daily to keep it clean and tidy. The staff speak both English and Portuguese. I would stay again and recommend it family or friends."

"This was probably the best boutique hotel weโve ever stayed at. From the small amount of guests to the pool to the parking to the walking access to the town, to the very kind staff to the nice, clean comfortable units. If I could give this place a 11/10 I would, it was more than we ever expected"

"Beautiful experience, felt like a spa from the moment we arrived. Relaxed atmosphere surrounded by nature. Staff were super friendly and attentive. Thermal pool amenities are perfect to relax after a dayโs activities. Restaurant feels like youโre in a garden, and lots of healthy options. Comfortable rooms and quiet at night. Definitely worth exploring this part of the island. Really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back one day!"

"We had a stellar host, Cristina. She was very attentive, helpful and always there to go the extra mile. Lots of great suggestions regarding potential itineraries. We loved the sound of the ocean and view from the rooftop in the evening while enjoying a glass of wine. Her buffet and a la carte breakfast was delicious! We would return without hesitation."
