"The hotel is about 17 minutes away from Hamburg central station. It is a good location and a safe one. It is walkable. Bus # 12 runs right in front of the hotel. There is a train within 4 minutes walk, but I canโt remember its number. It has some food places within walking distance. It was, however, difficult to find anything open before 6 pm. Sunday many places are closed. We walked to central station daily because of our plans to see sites required using public transportation. Therefore, we bought food near central station. Plenty of Resturants and stores to buy fruits, etc. The hotel staff are nice and responsive, we want to specifically thank Micaela for taking care of our many questions and responding to our needs for a quiet room, etc. She was very helpful, polite and welcoming. The room is spacious with siting area( desk and lounge chair). One small open space that they considered closet, but it is really not enough. We made it work. The room has air conditioning, refrigerator, coffee & tea maker. They provide water, coffee, tea, cream & sugar. No safe which we paid extra for premier plus room so that we can have all the above plus a safe. The one thing I am hoping for is that they will pull the rug out of the rooms and replace with wood floors. We would definitely stay at this hotel again."

"The hotel is only a 10 to 15 minute walk from the train station. The Hotel was very clean and tidy the staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast is well worth the extra money!"
