"My stay at the Taj Cape Town exceeded my expectations in every way. I loved my room. The bed was comfortable, every shower was invigorating and the bath tub was heaven. The staff take this hotel to an entirely different level. They are attentive, knowledgeable and funny. Primrose, in the restaurant, gave me a food hack/recommendation that changed how I will order breakfast from now on! I need to also call out Siba and Martha from the front desk. Siba was just an all around great help and Martha helped me resolve an issue that had nothing to do with the hotel. She gave me so much calm and saved the start of my trip in a way that made me so grateful. The whole time, i truly felt that her goal was to make certain that i was ok. Bravo! "

"Was really happy with my choice of hotel. The best parts were the staff and the restaurant - I found out that they have their own garden where they grow the fruit for the breakfast buffet. Special mention also the gym where the staff were the friendliest and most helpful I have ever come across - really really excellent customer care - thank you Connie! There is a noisy road outside, and when I was staying there were some roadworks too, only a problem if you are working from the hotel. It's also on a busy junction so access at rush hour can be a bit slow. Despite that, I would return here, just for the breakfast and the overall customer service. "

Everyone is so hospitable and from Patricia who waited nearly two hours to collect us from the airport after very long queues at immigration and customs to the concierge Joseph helped us organize an excellent driver and happily answered our many questions. "The Riad was charming . Elegant and full of antique furnishings. The variety of tile designs are amazing. Every corner of the Riad is so well done with beautiful taste. The breakfast with ample choices. The front desk personnel’s are very pleasant and helpful. Our suite fit 4 people is large and beautifully decorated. I wish there was a small fridge to keep drink. The internet is spotty in the room. Overall our stay was great and will stay here again if we come back. "
