"We did not have a very good experience for two reasons: 1. The front desk staff wasn’t very kind. We tried to buy a water bottle paying with quarters and said he wouldn’t “be taking a handful of coins”. 2. Our reservation in Expedia clearly stated a 12pm checkout which was specifically one of the reasons we chose that hotel. I hate the extortionate pricing on the Starbucks lobby stand and the insipid little coffee sachets in the room that produce weak, wan imitations of the real beverage. "I usually go to this property for my little daughters birthday and never had an issue but this time around it was like we were a problem there this time I never felt unwanted until this stay! The pool was packed plenty of children yelling playing and out of everyone they only call me to say my children were the ones, mind you we have a adult with them in pool area, there was over 15/20 children in there and all were yelling playing with the pool toys that were there. "This hotel felt pretty dated! We stayed here a few years back and it’s really declined. The button to the elevator was hanging halfway off the wall, carpets were dirty, lights in the room would only work part of the time, the heat wouldn’t turn on, and the pool was so cold we could only swim for a few minutes. The staff was very accommodating with getting a room to watch planes, but overall cleanliness level was pretty poor. "
