I wanted housekeeping to come and take out the trash which they did AND picked up after us and made our bed while we were out for the day. We will definitely stay here again when we visit chicago again, its about a 40minute drive into the downtown area. Worth it if you want to have some quiet away from the big city each night"

"I witnessed a lot, and I stay here frequently when I travel to the Chicago area. People on the top floor are smoking with the windows open. CRACKHEADS walking in and out of the side doors. Lots of men standing around the side entrance doors smoking weed (I respect them doing it outside more than their rooms but move away from the entrance door at least). The elevator was trashy. "The staff was nice and available as advertised but the entire place does not have nearly enough good qualities to make up for the fact that the rooms are disgusting. It seemed fine enough on the surface until we checked the floors and mattress. The floors weren't even swept and the mattress itself looked like it was borrowed from a dumpster behind a brothel- stained and smelly. There were also clusters of black dots in all corners of the mattress just under the sheets which looked like bed bugs...

He went off to the side for longer than normal and comes back and starts punching in numbers on the credt card machine and gives me a receipt to sign. Problem is I never gave him a credit card or debit card because I'd already paid, so I don't know who's card he charged for $112.xx but it wasn't mine.
