"We arrived before check-in on a swelteringly hot day and it was locked and there was no one available. We reached out to see if we could at least drop off our luggage. We did receive a reply with a code and dropped our luggage near the entrance - in full view of the door and anyone who came in. An hour or so later we returned and it still seemed as if no one was there. Finally, an older woman came out but she spoke no English. We finally got a key to the room. The room was clean but the shower...

"We had a wonderful stay. Tim was so helpful, giving us a ground floor room. Everything was just right. Breakfast was a feast and the back garden area was a serene place to eat. The location couldn’t be better as it’s only a six minute walk to two of the UNESCO World Heritage sites."
