"Everything very convenient, well maintained, and comfortable. Having direct access to the beach and an excellent bar/small lunch restaurant on site made everything easy. "Very out dated felt like I was staying at grandmas house. Nice two rooms, beds were hard but not to uncomfortable. Beds were 2 twins pushed together. Both rooms had electricity remote black out shades in both balconies so that was great. Both balconies made it really nice. Overall staff was nice and the place was clean. Great for 1-2 nights."

"Wonderful iconic hotel with delightful service. The dinner on the terrace with entertainment is not to be missed. The gym is the worst I’ve ever seen in over 1,000 hotel stays: the one machine was broken all four days and it probably has been and will be. There are five dumbbells, two sets and an orphan. I know it’s Rimini, but for any hotel, let alone The Grand, this is unacceptable."

"We had an excellent stay at Hotel Palace. Atmosphere is relaxed yet elegant. Breakfast and pool are lovely along with the staff. There are bicycles to use. Beach is lovely but access to the beach club and loungers is separate and must be arranged at the beach."

"Very modern, we changed our first room as it has a weird smell and was really dark and dingy. Book an ocean view as the side rooms are not nice. The pool was street side, so not great, no lounge chairs at pool just these weird giant cushions, not comfortable for older people. I feel this was a trendy hotel for the younger crew as even the outside seats were all cushioned and just for style. not for sitting. But a great location overall and great cleanliness"

"Coffee Nespresso amazing really a plus. The room was clean and the staff very kind. Hotel is located very near the beach and the city center. Please be aware that there is no private parking available, a big deal in peak summer. The room amenities very poor for a 4 star hotels and not at all eco friendly ( all disposable in plastic). Overall recommended not amazing for price - value for money"

"Arrived before 2pm and our room was ready. Staff are polite and helpful. Rooms are clean and tidy, towels changed every day if you want them to be. We had a sea view room with shutters on the windows. Road isn’t loud, peaceful nights sleep. Shower room Is big clean and nice. Plenty of mirrors and that’s usual for hotel rooms. Aircon in the room. "This was a beautiful hotel as expected. Our only issue were the staff during breakfast. We wasn’t seated, we had to keep catching staff to ask for coffee etc (which we waited 30mins to receive!) it seems there were a lot of lower grade staff replenishing the food etc, but they were not allowed to deal with the customers, they were the most helpful tbh. But had to go ask their superiors each time we had a simple question. It was a shame as everything else was amazing."
