"I had a good bedroom with a comfy bed. There was a very big attached living room including a kitchenette which had a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and sink with plates and cutlery etc. Reception was open for long hours and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel is on Melbourne Street which is a nice road with lots of restaurants, shops and bars. It felt very safe. The free city bus stopped within a 7 minute walk down Melbourne St. I highly recommend this hotel for facilities, location and cleanliness."

"Had a great stay, staff were all friendly and accommodating. Room was spotless, bed comfy. My room was out the back of complex so very quiet and no Road noise. Heated tiles in bathroom a lovely touch! Close to walk to harbour town outlets and west beach area. Easy to get to airport with the hotel shuttle (extra cost and runs limited times) or using an affordable taxi/uber. Restaurant on site was convenient and food was surprisingly great. Enjoyed my meal. Overall had a wonderful overnight stay and would return. Highly recommend. "
