I understand that everybody and every establishment are stiving to survive into days economical climate. Conversely everybody is looking for value for the dollar they spend. When I see something advertised, I expect the end product or venue to be as advertise. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case with this hotel. Firstly, the restaurant was and had been closed for awhile, but room service is available. Secondly, the guest laundry was out of action. Thirdly, the fan in the bathroom did not work and we could not vent the steam. I also got the impression that every motorbike in Adelaide did three laps of the block every day. I understand that the hotel has some age but unfortunately it is showing. The staff however were great and helpful whenever required. The vehicle access to other parts of town from the hotel is very good.

The lady at the desk was so rude and failed to give us important information until it was to late. There isnt even a microwave in the rooms and 2 coffee cups where dirty. We couldn't even gondor a swim while we were there which is one of the main reasons we stayed and the only good thing the olace had to off. Because they coukdnt find the pool key to unlock it and our 4 year old daughter was gutted she couldn't swim. It was the only thing she wanted to do and we had promised her.

We would like to clarify that microwaves are not mentioned as amenities provided in our property on any website. If you need some cutlery or heat up your own food, please do not hesitate to ask front desk for help. Our staff is always at your service.Furthermore, recently, we've been pleased to see our guests enjoying their pool time every day, so we've extended the pool's opening hour to 8 pm in recent weeks to help guests minimize the distraction of the hot weather. Our reception is available from 0800 to 2000, and would be more than happy to open the pool upon guest requests during working hours. Although there may be instances when the key is temporarily in use by another department, we strive to retrieve it promptly and open the pool as soon as possible. Finally, our hotel policy requires a 100 deposit for online paid bookings (no deposit required for reservations paid directly to the hotel by credit cards), which is refunded upon check-out after inspection. The online booking confirmation you presented at check-in was for a wrong date. The staff had asked if you wanted to directly make a new booking with us. After receiving a negative response, she waited patiently and courteously for you to make another online booking. You were told about the deposit policy immediately while she noticed that your new booking came in was paid online. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the policy of unaccepting personal items, such as watches, in lieu of a deposit. Thank you for choosing Ibis Styles Adelaide Manor. TV wasn’t working had to ask 2 days in the row to get it fixed. Finally on my last day it was fixed. The carpet was very dirty. Should’ve more careful wearing white socks.

Stayed last night for a wedding near by. Room was spacious, we only needed it to sleep in and that did the job. Water pressure was great. The little pool area was very cute if my daughter was with us she for sure would have been in the water in a heartbeat. Easy check in and out with no deposit needed which was awesome:)

The only downside was im pretty sure when i booked the room a week earlier it said on the website the room was $110 and when I turned up last night and paided for it, is was about $150. Im sure theres a loophole there, something i didnt read correctly etc the times we live in i guess. A real positive is that i ordered a pizza to be delivered to my room from a shop called Pizza Patrol (i think) which is close by. I ordered the seafood pizza, the Italian bloke i spoke too couldnt help enough, was also one of the best pizzas i have ever eaten and was only $23 del. If i was a local i would be a regular customer.

Good location, could do with a an update.
Good location for the North Side of Adelaide. Close to what I needed. Has everything you need, however until the restaraunt is open again, a microwave in the room would be good. Room Service is ok but the costs pile up.

We arrived back Sunday evening to find we had no power .Went to the office and the lady said she would be over soon .30 minutes later l went to the office again and the young girl came over and pulled every appliance plug out of the and said only use the TV ,you won’t need the heater or kettle or microwave or even the fridge was unplugged. She said she would only be around for 10 minutes longer as her shift was finishing l kindly asked if she had a number I could ring ,she said not really. There were also contractors working on-site that we were not made aware of prior to our arrival. Thanks Claudio
