"The property was unsafe with a balcony door that didnt close latch or lock, was advertised as frequently booked by families.. i showed up to a cot set up for my 2 year old right next to this balcony door. I ended up having to stay awake all night to ensure my kids safety. A blind fell on my eldest son because the bracket was crooked. "This is a comfortable hotel but the check in process is ridiculous. It required the guest to take a photo of themselves holding an ID and a receipt for accommodation. Also had to pay for parking ($15 x 4 = $60) that was clearly listed as ‘free’ on Hotels.com. Communication was difficult and no acknowledgement of the parking issue. Won’t recommend or stay here again"
