"This was a quick unplanned stay due to flight interruption. The phone number we had did not get us an airport shuttle, but the airport information staff called for us. They sent a taxi to get us. The morning shuttle was good. We couldn't find any close option for dinner so ate at the hotel. Dinner was fine, but seemed a bit overpriced. "

"Everything was okay, except the room was not soundproof as listed and the air conditioning didn’t really work either. Oh the door wouldn’t lock without the top lock also. But aside from that everything was 4-5 stars. "

"Easy to find from Antwerp Central station. Room clean and comfy. School trip spread across floors and very noisy throughout the night. Limited sound proofing."

"Airport shuttle was great, although left earlier than advertised. Clean rooms but first room was used and we had to request a different room. The hotel was a bit out dated- the place across is mite guo and cheaper!"

"We recently stayed at Radisson Blu Astrid Hotel Antwerp and overall had a really great experience. The location is excellent—super convenient for getting around—and the room itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Everything from check-in to the facilities met our expectations. However, there was one interaction that left a slightly sour note. When I approached reception to ask for a recommendation on where to have mussels (as it’s something Belgium is well known for), the staff member directed me to a Chinese restaurant instead. I found this response a bit surprising and, if I’m honest, it didn’t sit quite right with me. I may be overthinking it, but it would have been more helpful (and appropriate) to be recommended a local Belgian spot, especially when specifically asking for a traditional dish. That aside, the rest of our stay was lovely, and the hotel itself is a great base for exploring Antwerp. "
