"They never responded for the shuttle and when check with the receptionist they were suppose to reach me out. Waited in the lobby more then hours and still no response for the shuttle. Customer service was bad no communication, Taxi were hard to find in the area, they said only 14 mins to airport, it took me around 45 mins to airport. Waiting for the taxi almost made me late for my flight. "

"Our stay at this apartment in Ghana was truly one of the highlights of our trip. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, making it easy for us to settle in and enjoy our time. The apartment itself was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The space was both cozy and functional, and it really felt like a home away from home. Its location also made it convenient for getting around and exploring the area. What really made this experience exceptional, though, was Elther. She went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout our stay. Her kindness, responsiveness, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Whether it was offering helpful recommendations, checking in on us, or simply making sure everything was running smoothly, she truly made the experience so enjoyable and stress-free. We’re incredibly grateful for her hospitality and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Ghana!"

"The room and furniture were of poor standards. The booking was for 2 persons sharing a room and breakfast, however, at breakfast time we were told only one of us was enttiled to breakfast so I had to go without. but the hotel staff was adamant record was showing as invalid, so i had to make another payment. I have emailed Hotel.com, but they haven't responded. I'm still not certain if I'd be refunded. A poor service!"
