"My stay at Zimansky hotel was very great and satisfying. I enjoyed every bit of six days I spent there. The staff were very friendly, polite and serviceable. The only thing is that unlike other apartments I’ve stayed at, the Lennox did not have anyone to help you with your bags during check in and check out
So if the person you booked with isn’t there to meet you face to face (which was the case for me), then you may have to carry your own bags
For the cost, I didn’t expect this to be the case, but it was. It wasn’t a great inconvenience which is why I still gave 4 stars but I would consider that before booking next time...
