"The facility was great, but what was unexpected was the high standard of hospitality. The hospitality standard is more on par with what you would see at a five star hotel in other places in the world. It was truly impressive. The rooms are nice, clean, and very comfortable. The location was excellent, directly across the street from the University of Ghana. If my travels take me to this area again I will definitely be staying here."

"Excellent family run apartments, staff all very willing to assist. Food can be cooked if ordered well in advance, and there is a take away menu in the room but aside from breakfast, there is not really a restaurant. however, this is really an apartment, and as such it is excellent. Would definitely return here and recommend without hesitation."

The receptionists, not so professional and make you feel you’re getting a favour. Unfortunately I had a terrible smell in my particular room; I was informed my room hadn’t been occupied in a while. "This was our first trip to Ghana. We had the most wonderful time. An important part of this was our stay at the Eastgate hotel. Frieda and her team could not have been more welcoming. They made us feel at home straight away and were very polite. We took the bed and breakfast option. The cooked breakfast a good start to the day and had fresh vegetables and fruits. A strong recommendation."
