Las habitaciones pueden ser un poco ruidosas, ya que tienen puertas de conexión, y se escucha lo de los huéspedes de a lado. Krystal Beach Acapulco
AC had a hard time cooling the room. Two elevators went out of service during our 3 day stay. Upgrading the elevators and HVAC systems would be beneficial to the hotel. Great staff!! Great views!! Direct beach access and convenient to access transportation or walk!!
