Pésimo hotel
Decepcionado de los servicios que se ofrecen en la página y la realidad, desgraciadamente tuvimos que tomar la noche de llegada por la ocupación en Acapulco pero al siguiente día tuve la oportunidad de abandonar este hotel, jamás regresaría a este hotel, pésimas condiciones, mantenimiento e instalaciones, lo más rescatable fue su personal que en todo momento se mostró amable y servicial.
No gasten su dinero.

Condiciones muy malas en que se encuentran en el hotel, no hay agua caliente, hay cucarachas en el baño, el agua de la alberca muy sucia, no le dan mantenimiento en general al lugar, no lo recomiendo
