"The place was clean and tidy. The airport shuttle service was good; they even stopped by the bank for me before heading to the airport. The staff were very nice and helpful. They replied to messages promptly. They also provided hot breakfast with different choices. Just one bad thing, the shower water was cold."

"A beautifullly restored old house with wood floors and modern features. Good hotel, clean and good position. Ring 15 minutes ahead to organise parking because the parking is not close to the hotel and there is no dedicated place to park, just stop on the curb and a valet will come. Breakfast was really good. The street side can be loud, so if you are sensitive ask for a room on the inside. The staff were friendly and helpful."

I have to give special shoutout to the staff members who made the experience very pleasant, which included Freddy, Joz, and Gustavo. They were very attentive and accommodating. I don’t feel the need to explore other options for hotels to stay at when I come to Quito again because I only want to stay here. That’s how much I loved it!"

"El hotel esta bien localizado y el vecindario es muy tranquilo y centrico. Hay una estacion del metro a 8 minutos caminando. En general estuvo bastante bien pero el personal es un poco rudo, especialmente el bartender que mi esposa le pidio un vaso con hielo y nos ignoro. Mi esposa tuvo que ir al front desk a quejarse pero el bartender nunca nos dio la cara. Otra persona nos trajo el vaso con hielo y nos pidio disculpas pero fue una experiencia desagradable.
