"this is for the adventerous, dont get scare on the way there the roads are a little rough due to the hotel still being developed. Chef Marcelo is a plus for this hotel and Sol as well. The entire staff is extremely friendly and helpful."

"We stayed at Hotel NH Collection Quito Royal for several nights and had a good experience. The hotel is clean, and comfortable, and the location is good, close to many nice restaurants and coffee shops. The staff were all very friendly, professional, and attentive, always ready to help with anything we needed. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and the service was excellent. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone...

"This property is great value. We stayed only for a few hours to rest before our early morning flight. The front desk was kind enough to provide us a boxed breakfast in the morning at our 1:30am departure. We used the shuttle service, which was $7USD to the airport. Note that being so close to the airport, you will hear the planes flying overhead so bring ear plugs."

"Shuttle was perfectly punctual. Best I've ever had. So pleased not to wait for 10 other people to clear customs. The breakfast is an amazing spread. This place is fantastic. "

"Check in super easy, staff very nice. Room is nice and clean as well. (Minor things I don’t like personal preference :I don’t like rain showers cause I don’t like to get my very long hair wet and the head is so high you can’t adjust it. The doors are paper thin so you do hear what is going on in the corridor.) That being said I still would come back here again."
