The Owner was the sweetest! So friendly and so kind. Mostly spoke Spanish but was able to communicate in English as well. Breakfast was included and was fresh and delicious. The rooms were adorable and thoughtful. The area around the property felt safe and quiet and was walkable to the Mercado and coffee shops.

Amazing restaurant connected to hotel

Hotel was clean and cozy, and the restaurant downstairs was phenomenal! The stay came with breakfast included and it was the best hotel breakfast I’ve had!

Great hotel but loud

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint is the noise. I did stay on a weekend and the nightlife and street noises kept me up at night.

This hotel feels so comforting to stay. Ivonne and her whole team were great and provided us with all the comforts we needed away from home. The attached restaurant is amazing. The chef makes the most delicious food and was able to accommodate our every need. The free breakfast at the hotel restaurant was also incredible. I would highly recommend this hotel, we had a great stay. Thank you again, Ivonne and team!

The property is excellent. The proprietor/owner Ms.Yvonne is extremely helpful. She is up all day and night making sure all of our needs are met. Thank you so much Yvonne. There is a restaurant on the property where you can sample Ecuadorian cuisine. Highly recommend the 5 course sampler for a taste of Ecuadorian cuisine.

I had an amazing time at this hote. Ms Yvonne was absolutely the best. She went out of her way to help me whether to call me a taxi or give me recommendations of things to do. I enjoyed having Luna and Aba her dogs there who were super friendly. The Chef and staff were also amazing taking the time to explain various Ecuadorian dishes. Food was outstanding. Stongly recommended.

Receptionist was never at the front desk, despite ringing the bell. There was mold on the ceiling of my room. The walls are made of paper so you can hear guests come in and out and whatever is happening on the streets. Otherwise, bed was comfy, wifi was strong and shower had hot water.
