"The staff were very helpful, no management about to answer questions, the room we booked was no longer available; we paid for a twin room (2 single beds), the one given to us was extremely dirty. We had wipes and did alot of cleaning of the surfaces in the room. There was only 1 hanger in the wardrobe. Also on the first night there was no water and a powercut, they were both back on by the morning, but there was no hot water. No instructions how to lower the air conditioning. On a positive note...

I mailed them saying i was arriving after 10 pm. Place was locked up and no one would answer my calls to reception. I slept in my car the first night. Room was terrible. No running water in the sink of one bathroom. As well as dead bugs on the floor on the living room and lastly we had no WiFi.
