"The property looked as pictured but was not clean. There was no toilet paper in the powder room. No paper towels in the kitchen. No wash clothes or towels for bathing. No toilet at all. No running water in the sink of one bathroom. As well as dead bugs on the floor on the living room and lastly we had no WiFi. We checked in around 7:00 pm and had been on the telephone with the owner/manger from flourish as they said they had no reservation from Hotels.com. Finally after speaking to the manager...

"The hotel is excellent! Our only complaint is the lack of communication with the shuttle from the hotel. We asked for a shuttle that would hold 12 people and a 7 passenger car showed up. Other than that everything was excellent."
