" My Stay at Ramada Encore by wyndham sisli recently Unfortunately, our experience at the hotel has been extremely disappointing, and several issues have significantly affected the quality of our stay: • The rooms are very noisy, and the windows cannot be opened. When closed, the heating system remains fixed at 27°C, making the room uncomfortable. We stayed on floor 6th and we can hear every single beep and shouting from 6am to early morning! Unbelievable to survive! • From the beginning of our stay, the shower water has alternated between freezing cold and boiling hot every few seconds, making it impossible to shower safely. Despite reporting this issue on the first day, no assistance or resolution has been provided. It was the same the day I left. I simply didn't shower, I used to go to another hotel to shower and do spa. • The breakfast selection is nearly identical every day, the rush to clear the table and some staff moaned about the coffee I am filling to drink! • Basic amenities such as tissue boxes and complimentary water bottles are not provided. Instead, guests are asked to pay for water, which should be included as a standard service. • I have repeatedly requested to speak with the manager, but I have not received any response to date. These issues have caused considerable discomfort and distress during what should have been a pleasant stay. I stayed more than 10 days, please avoid uncless you can cope with HEAT, NOISE, NO SHOWER!! PLEASE DON'T GO THERE!!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Titanic City Taksim. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way and turned out to be much better than we had anticipated. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were extremely polite and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was fresh with a good variety of options, and we especially enjoyed the quality and presentation. Overall, we were very satisfied and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul."

"Our stay was frustrating from the outset, with multiple issues within the first 24 hours that set the tone. At check-in, we were clearly told (and reconfirmed) that the coffee and dessert area was included in our executive package. This was also confirmed directly by reception to the staff, and we were served items from both sides (including desserts) without issue. The following day, we were told the opposite – that only certain items were included and others were chargeable. Despite explaining this and having it confirmed the night before, staff repeated the new explanation and offered a 15% discount, completely missing the point. The tone became dismissive, and I chose to pay and leave. The pool rules, while present, are not clearly visible on entry. I complied, but they are overly strict (including requiring a cap despite being bald). What followed was worse – a staff member unnecessarily touched my shorts to check them and later intervened while my wife was simply holding our 8-month-old near the pool. This was excessive and uncomfortable. We also had ants in the room, requiring a room change. While handled quickly, this should not happen in a hotel of this standard. At checkout, we were incorrectly charged for minibar items we did not use and were asked if our children had consumed them, which was unacceptable. Overall, inconsistent communication, poor handling, and questionable charges significantly impacted the stay. We would not return."

"I had an overall very pleasant stay at the Radisson Blu in Istanbul/Sisli. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with friendly and attentive staff who made the experience enjoyable from check-in to check-out. The rooms were comfortable and nicely designed, and the amenities offered were generally of a high standard. However, there were a couple of issues that prevented the stay from being perfect. The key card system was quite frustrating as my access cards repeatedly stopped working, which meant multiple trips to reception to get them reactivated. This was inconvenient and slightly disrupted the otherwise smooth experience. Additionally, one of the main highlights of the hotel, the outdoor pool, was unfortunately closed during my stay in April. This was disappointing, as it was one of the features I was looking forward to. "
