"The accommodations at Tara Lodge were perfect for a short stay in Belfast with easy access to the Titanic Museum and BHD airport. The staff and service were superior specifically highlighting Helena and Ricky who were always pleasant, helpful, friendly, and offering assistance. The included breakfast was fantastic. Thank you so much, we really enjoyed our stay!"

"Some staff were really helpful and solved problems well. Other younger desk staff made mistakes (got room number wrong for taxi and almost sent driver away, then called a second taxi while driver was still there) or were unhelpful and gave up easily (looked for a lost jacket indifferently). Older desk staff made much more of an effort and found coat easily. Younger staff lacked a willingness to work."

Checking in was a breeze the young gentleman who checked was very informative and very friendly, all the staff we Interacted with were friendly. Breakfast was lovely a good selection on offer , plentiful and hot. Room was spacious ,spotless . Bed was comfortable. Shower room clean. Would definitely stay here again."

"Couldn’t say enough positives about this hotel. The check in process was so easy and we got there early but they still let us have access to our room without an additional charge (rare in this day and age!). The staff were so accommodating, I had hurt my ankle a few days prior and required icing which they were only too willing to make a temporary ice bag for me. Great location as it’s easy access into the city centre and the main transport link into Belfast and the airports. The breakfast...

"The hotel is in a great location, near the bus/train station and walking distance to the city centre. Breakfast was good. Plenty of choice and regularly topped up. Staff very friendly. The hotel will store your bag once you’ve checked out if you need them to. We would come back to this hotel again."
