"Great hotel accommodations that feels more like the comforts of home and or our European stays, especially in the suites. Always superior in hospitality and service. Restaurants provide us excellent service especially for our anniversary and the food and preparations are great quality. We could have used more housekeeping, since they didn’t seem to turn down our beds at night or provide us with more towels. We would have liked to have had lean washcloths and towels and robes for the other half...

"Our stay was perfect! We were very tired after a long flight from São Paulo to Dallas, and a kind receptionist allowed us to check in early so we could rest a bit. He also offered us an excellent room at the back of the building (away from the highway noise). Room 142. The staff member was extremely helpful and attentive. "Beautiful Hotel but the hotel is located next to a night club that plays loud music until 2 in the morning. Also, loud motorcycles & cars outside the club. I would not recommend staying here due to the noise level."
